The Game Played in Heaven

Pacific Harbour is the centre of Fiji’s most beloved sport – rugby. The official training ground of the National Rugby Sevens Team is located here along with current head coach, Ben Ryan’s residence. Needless to say, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a beach or park in the area where a casual pick-up game isn’t being played.

Highlights of Pacific Harbour

They don’t call it the adventure capital for nothing so needless to say, the highlights of Pacific Harbour are adrenaline-fueled to the max. Swing, duck, dip and dive into the most exciting holiday of your life!

Shark Diving

Pacific Harbour is THE place to get up close and personal with the most misunderstood ocean-dwelling predator. Located in Beqa Passage, just off the coast of Pacific Harbour is the Shark Reef Marine Reserve, Fiji’s first protected marine sanctuary for sharks where studies are commenced to assist in worldwide conservation efforts. Opt in for one of the best shark dives in the world where you have the chance to spot Bull Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Grey Reef Sharks and many more. All participating divers must be fully qualified and will be supervised by Dive Masters.

Swing like Tarzan

Swing from new heights (literally) and feel an adrenaline rush like no other at Kila Eco Adventure Park. At a whopping 12 metres high, it’s practically a bungee jump. Ziplines, abseiling, a high and low ropes course are just some of the many other thrilling experiences on offer. You’re sure to get at least a little sweaty so cool off by following one of the nature trails to a hidden waterfall.

White-Water Rafting the Upper Navua Gorge

You might associate Fiji with peaceful, serene, tropical waters but it also has a wild heart. The Upper Navua Gorge has the perfect conditions for river rafting adventures. Book a day trip with Rivers Fiji, hop on an inflatable raft and feel the rush of whitewater as you explore Fiji’s lush rainforest, narrow canyons and hidden waterfalls. Warning – the rapids can be challenging so this isn’t for the faint of heart. However, there’s really no better way to experience the authentic natural and cultural heritage of the islands, than on a highlands rafting adventure.
